Note: This is an "update" workflow - it verifies ALL new persons and adds verification data to their records. No contacts are filtered out.

1Connect Pipedrive as Trigger

Set up Pipedrive to detect new persons:

  • Log in to Zapier and create new Zap
  • Search for "Pipedrive" and select it
  • Choose trigger: "New Person"
  • Connect your Pipedrive account
  • Configure trigger settings (all person fields)
  • Test to pull sample person data

2Add MyEmailVerifier Action

Verify the email address:

  • Click "+" to add action
  • Search for "MyEmailVerifier"
  • Choose: "Verify Email"
  • Connect your MyEmailVerifier account
  • Map Pipedrive person email field to verification input
  • Test to see verification results

3Update Pipedrive Person with Verification Data

Add verification results back to the person record:

  • Add Pipedrive action: "Update Person"
  • Use the same Pipedrive account
  • Map the Person ID from step 1
  • Create or select custom fields:
    • Email Verification Status: Valid/Invalid/Risky from MyEmailVerifier
    • Email Quality: Deliverability status
    • Verification Date: Timestamp
    • Email Risk Level: Risk assessment
  • Map all verification fields to custom fields
  • Test to verify data appears in Pipedrive
